A rider checks the load at the door against this list, and refuses what is on it. A refused load is cancelled without charge — but it is quicker to know before you book.

- Alcohol, tobacco, narcotics and any illegal drugCarrying them for a third party is an offence for the rider.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and fire extinguishersPressurised or explosive goods on a two-wheeler are forbidden outright.
- Fuel, gas cylinders, paints, solvents, acids and dry iceFlammable, corrosive or asphyxiating in a closed box.
- Cash, gold, jewellery, precious stones and bearer instrumentsTransit cover does not reach them, and the loss cannot be made good.
- Passports, original property deeds and other irreplaceable originalsSend a copy, or use a courier that insures originals.
- Prescription medicines, vaccines and anything needing a cold chainWe are not a licensed pharmacy carrier and a pillion box is not a fridge.
- Animals, birds, fish and plants with soilNothing alive rides in a box on a bike.
- Human remains, organs and clinical samplesRegulated transport, with its own carriers.
- Pornography, gambling devices and lottery ticketsIllegal to trade in Karnataka.
- Anything over 25 kg, or wider than the rider’s handlebarsThe two-wheeler pilot’s limit; vans and trucks come after it.
This is not an exhaustive list. A rider may refuse any item that is illegal, unsafe, leaking, or not what the booking described, and a load refused at the door is cancelled without charge.
