Questions
Questions about the price.
Short answers, in the same words the order page uses. Anything not here, a person answers on +91 99809 43397.
Is there a minimum fare?
No separate minimum: the base fare is the floor. A two-wheeler is ₹40 plus ₹9 a kilometre, so a 1 km trip is ₹49 and a 3 km trip ₹67 outside the peak windows.
When does surge apply?
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm adds 20%; Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm adds 15%; Any day, 10:00pm – 6:00am adds 10%. Fixed and published, not driven by live demand.
Is a heavier parcel charged more?
Only near the top of the class. A two-wheeler parcel over 17.5 kg — 70% of its 25 kg limit — adds the published heavy-load handling line, ₹6. Up to 17.5 kg, 1 kg and 17.5 kg cost the same.
Do I pay if the rider waits at pickup?
The first 3 minutes after the rider arrives are free. After that it is ₹2 a minute, never more than ₹50, and it appears on the order as its own line.
Does the price change after I book?
The fare you approve is the fare on the order. A changed route or weight means a new quote you approve — never a silent adjustment.
Why is the fare on the card and not live?
Because a price you can check is the point. The card is the same for everyone, the surge hours are fixed, and the ticket on this page prices your route from exactly the numbers the order will use.
