- You want the app you already have, and a rider in minutes almost anywhere.
- You are booking at an hour or in an area where a small service may have nobody on duty.
Use LoadUnload if…
- You want to know the price before you start, from a card anyone can read.
- You want the fare fixed at booking, with the one possible extra spelled out.
- Your parcel is under 25 kg and both ends are in Bengaluru.

Is LoadUnload cheaper than Rapido for parcels?
Sometimes, and we cannot say by how much: Rapido does not publish a current parcel rate. Ours is ₹40 + ₹9/km, about ₹85 for 5 km off-peak. The honest test is to price the same trip in both.
