Which one to use.
Use Uber if…
- Your item is bigger than a backpack or over 25 kg: Uber has three-wheelers and small trucks, and we do not yet.
- You already use Uber and want everything in one app.
Use LoadUnload if…
- You want the per-km rate in writing before you book.
- You want the fare locked once you confirm.
- You would rather pay the rider after the parcel arrives.

Can LoadUnload carry what Uber's trucks carry?
Not yet. We only carry parcels under 25 kg by two-wheeler. For furniture or stock, Uber's or Porter's bigger vehicles are the right choice today.
Is either one insured?
No. Uber's Bangalore pages say Parcel items are not insured, and we have no goods cover yet either.
